Have the women of the world been given a cure for cellulite? Part 1

(NOTE – this is the first post of a series of a real review of a product that I bought with my own money- not an ad for the product reviewed. I was not compensated by the manufacturer of this product)

I read a comment from a distressed poster in one of the facebook low-carb groups about her stubborn cellulite despite the fact that she had lost weight and exercised regularly.  Someone mentioned “try the Fascia Blaster.”  Now if they would have said try “insert name of one of a million cellulite creams on the market” I would have ignored their comment.  Despite the fact that every promise of a new cellulite treatment typically fizzles to nothing, this had my full attention.  It is rare to hear someone actually recommend a treatment who is not a distributor or an actress in a late-night tv infomercial.

So I searched for everything I could find on the Fascia Blaster.  I spent an untold amount of time looking at YouTube for Fascia Blaster videos, searching for blog posts on the subject, looking for pictures on Instagram, etc.  Almost everything I found was posted directly from the inventor of the Fascia Blaster.  Although this was a huge red flag I continued to search for months, for anything.  I looked at the Facebook reviews and I could not find convincing evidence that the device worked, or was indeed a scam.  Although the described science behind the device’s magic seemed logical, I wanted proof.

Finally the creator opened up a group on Facebook in which she invited women to participate.  The women posted before and after photos and I was impressed.  Many of those photos showed improvement in the appearance of the cellulite!  Some of the women looked downright smaller though they swore they did not diet or exercise.  Still, many of the after pictures had different lighting so I remained skeptical… until one before and after picture combo was posted that grabbed me.  The poster chronicled by picture in meticulous detail her experience with the Fascia Blaster!  Lighting was the same in every picture, distance from the camera was the same, the woman’s posture and stance were the same, and her results were fantastic!  I decided then and there to order the Fascia Blaster.  And I am here to share with you my experience, so those of you weary consumers of perfect skin promises can have one more source of objective information to base your decision on.

  1. Have you kept doing the FasciaBlaster? How are the results? Do you have photos? I’d love to know what you think, honestly. Thanks!

  2. Did you try it does it work? I am always skeptical of the before and after pictures. I can’t if they have been photoshopped to make it look like there is a bigger difference than there is.

    • Hi Babs. Sorry to hear that, but thank you for posting. Many women are looking for other’s experience with the product but unfortunately there aren’t very many real reviews out there!

  3. One thing I’d really like to comment on is that fat reduction plan fast can be achieved by the right diet and exercise. An individual’s size not simply affects appearance, but also the general quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorders, health risks, and also physical ability are impacted in putting on weight. It is possible to do everything right whilst still having a gain. Should this happen, a medical problem may be the offender. While an excessive amount of food rather than enough exercising are usually the culprit, common health concerns and widely used prescriptions can greatly amplify size. Thx for your post here.

  4. I’ve been using the fb on and off for a couple of months now – prob not as much as I should be but I’ve had great results! Less cellulite for sure and I lost inches in my hips, around my waist and back/bustline. Also helps with low back pain.

    • Hi Anna. That is a great question. I have not been compensated a single cent by Ashley Black, Fasciablaster, nor any of her business entities. I did not receive the Fasciablaster for free, or even discounted. I bought it with my own money. I did receive a free replacement when it broke after a week of use (as did many other buyers). I do not review free or discounted products like many other bloggers. All reviews I post are things I have bought with my own money. Part of the reason I started this blog was my dissatisfaction with the difficulty in finding non-sponsored reviews out there on the internet. The only compensation this site receives is if you buy something from any of the ad links. There are products that I have used for some time and recommend and I place links to them because I think they are great. There are products I am trying out and I place links to them too, for convenience if others want to try it too. There are also ad links on my site where I do not choose the products advertised. If you click on any link and buy the product, I may receive a small fee for advertising the product which helps cover the costs of maintaining this site. I hope you read part three of this review because I think you’ll find it a very honest review. To my knowledge the fasciablaster is not sold on any of the sites my ads link to, so I would not receive any fees should you buy the fasciablaster. I have no recommendations when it comes to whether you should buy the product or not, I am only sharing my experiences with it. Thank you for asking this great question!!!

  5. Thanks so much for the honest review – just read part 3. I am 51 and workout and eat well but cellulite doesn’t seem to change. I have searched for quite a while for solid reviews and I just came across yours… Thank you so much! I’m going to have to give it a try!

  6. Beware! They don’t tell you the claws break off. But they do tell you to gorilla glue or duct tape the claw back on so you can continue using it until a replacement arrives if in stock. The price is not worth the product. Engineering and design should have been thought out more carefully
